Hi All,
I was poking around on my computer, and discovered these outtakes from the "Words For The Birds" photo shoot with Evan Lane. Now, just to be clear, Evan is a genius. These photos aren't a proper representation of his fabulousness, rather just for fun.
To view his work, visit Evanlane.com
Drumroll please, Here we go...
This lovely lady let us shoot in her apartment
And here's her kitty cat
In the mirror - The Talented Evan Lane
Beauty on the couch - My pal Megan
Testin' the lights
Dan - Evan's Assistant (He loves peanut butter)
Margo lent me her amazing 40's slip
Austin's Birdcage
And there we have it. Hope to see you tonight at Lilly's!

Oak Creek - Oh boy!
We had the pleasure of playing for a lovely audience at Dunn Brothers in Oak Creek, WI. Thanks to everyone who listened. It was wonderful to meet you all - especially the little muffin who posed for a picture with me, the young lady who sang along to "Handlebars", and Mary (thanks for the encores!) I hope you all enjoy your cds.
Mr. Jamie - We better see you next time, young man! : )
I'll be playing tonight at Lilly's in Chicago, alongside Ashton Likes and Jerome Holloway. Come on out...start your week off right with some live music!
Cheers,
Lauren

Goodies...In Link Form
Broadway World (.com) featured an article on "Words For The Birds". To read it, click on the link below:

Thanks, Broadway World!
Also, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jonathan from "The Soothing Sounds of Lauren Frost." He will be posting the interview on his site soon.
I first heard of Jonathan's fan site when a friend called saying, "I'm supposed to be writing a paper right now, instead I'm doing puzzles with your face." Naturally, I didn't believe her. So, she gave me the link... and lo and behold...you can indeed do puzzles with my face.
Jonathan created an impressive site, that is both informative and interactive. I'm very honored and grateful. Check it out, his hard work deserves praise! Here's the link:
